The Ways That I Will Support You In Your Personal Journey
Ready To Get Started? Or Perhaps You Have Some Questions Needing to be Answered?✨ Why This Work Matters, For YOU ✨
You deserve space to honour your past, the experiences that have shaped you, and the challenges you have overcome. You also deserve to explore your future with hope and curiosity and to imagine a life that works for you, not the life others expect of you.
There is a different way to be. A way where your sensitivity, your brilliance, and your unique way of experiencing the world are seen as strengths rather than burdens. A way where your needs are respected, your voice is heard, and your presence is celebrated. You do not have to shrink. You do not have to hide. You do not have to compromise your true self.
You are not broken. You are not too much. You are an incredible woman who deserves to feel calm, confident, and capable in your own skin. You deserve tools, strategies, and support that actually make your life easier and more joyful.
It is your time to start the change with guidance, understanding, and support that honours you and your journey. You do not have to walk this path alone. The change begins here, and it begins now.
✨ It’s your time to step into that different way of being — and I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
I see you. I see the ways life can feel overwhelming, the pressure to keep up, to fit in, to be the kind of woman everyone else seems to expect you to be. I see the exhaustion of trying to mask who you are, of stretching yourself thin, and of constantly wondering if you are doing enough or if you belong.
You are worthy of belonging. You deserve to be valued and seen for exactly who you are, not a version of yourself that you feel pressured to show the world. You deserve to feel safe, understood, and supported in all the ways that matter to you.
You may have experienced pain, misunderstanding, or even rejection simply for being yourself. None of that is your fault. You should never have to accept abuse, victimisation, or mental health struggles as a normal part of your life. You deserve more than just surviving. You deserve to thrive in a way that feels authentic, nurturing, and sustaining.
You need tools that meet you where you are — simple, practical strategies that help you regulate, reframe, and rise.
A Little About Me
I have grandfurbabies, and yes, in our family we celebrate everything, every little win, every small success. We blow up 100 pink and purple balloons to make a garland to decorate a first birthday party for our chocolate Labrador, Katie. Some people might call it quirky or silly, and that is okay. Sometimes you just have to make space for fun and invite those who want to celebrate not only the birthday but also the ways you express yourself and connect.
Katie has a knack for knowing when we need cuddles. Her gentle nuzzles give us a pause to sit, reflect, and reset. Coaching with me is a lot like that. It is a safe space to pause, reset, and discover strategies that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself.
How would it feel to celebrate your wins, big or small, without worrying about whether anyone else understands or approves?
✨ Many Autistic women feel a deep pull to advocate — for their children, for themselves, or for others in the community. ✨
Advocacy is rarely just about learning techniques — it’s about courage, persistence, and the lessons you gather along the way.
I know this personally. As an international advocate, I’ve sat across the table from government officials, spoken on global stages, and navigated systems that felt impossible to move. And I’ve made mistakes, learned hard lessons, and found strategies that work and not just for me, but for the communities I represent.
When I support women who want to advocate, I share the lived wisdom of what it means to fight for change in real rooms, with real power dynamics, and very real barriers.
-
When networking feels impossible: I remember my first advocacy events and feeling invisible, unsure of how to even start a conversation. Over time, I learned that networking isn’t about “working the room.” It’s about genuine connection with individuals.
-
When speaking up makes you freeze: I’ve been in meetings where the weight of the room almost silenced me. I will share practical strategies I developed so you too can hold ground, feel prepared and not burn out.
-
When you doubt yourself: I know what it feels like to think, “Who am I to be here?” For years, I thought being “just one woman” wasn’t enough. Our lived experience is expertise. That’s the foundation of advocacy. Together, we’ll reframe your story so you see it not as small, but as powerful.
-
When you want to amplify your message: One of the biggest shifts I’ve learned in advocacy is the power of language. Moving from “I can’t get support for my child” to “Parents like us are struggling to get support for our children” changes the impact entirely. I’ll teach you how to make those shifts so your story becomes part of a movement.
-
When the system feels unmovable: Advocacy is exhausting. I’ve been there. What kept me going wasn’t just strategy, but reframing the work. Every time I felt like I was hitting a wall, I reminded myself: “This isn’t just about me — it’s about building a bridge for those who come after me.” That mindset sustained me, and I’ll help you build your own fuel for the long haul.
✨ Advocacy isn’t about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about finding your voice, learning how to use it effectively, and walking the path with someone who’s been there before.
A Little About Me
I really enjoy the social outings with our local spectrum adult group. Recently, I made an open terranium during a meet up. Watching one Autistic person share their love of making them with everyone else reminded me how comforting it is to be with people who truly understand what it means to be Autistic.
There is something very powerful about a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, justify your thoughts, or constantly mask who you are. Just being understood without effort, just being accepted, can feel like a breath of fresh air.
When you think about it, how often do you get to be in a space where you can simply be yourself, where your experiences are understood without needing to explain, and where connection feels natural and comforting?
Before and After Coaching
Before Coaching
✨ Life feels overwhelming, like you’re carrying too much at once.
✨ You feel like you’ve failed at being the kind of woman the world expects you to be.
✨ Groups of mums feel like closed circles — everyone else has the rulebook, and you missed the handout.
✨ Conversations are draining, confusing, or leave you replaying every word for hours afterward.
✨ You feel misunderstood, rejected, or too “different” to belong.
✨ There is grief in not fitting the mold, and exhaustion from trying so hard.
After Coaching
✨ You begin to see your Autistic identity as a strength, not a flaw.
✨ You discover practical tools that help you manage stress and feel calmer day to day.
✨ You stop forcing yourself into spaces that don’t fit, and instead find or create ones where you belong.
✨ Conversations feel lighter and more manageable, because you have strategies that support your way of communicating.
✨ You feel more understood, more confident, and more able to express your needs without guilt.
✨ You step into your life with more energy, more clarity, and more self-acceptance — shining as the person you’ve always been meant to be.
✨ This transformation is possible for you too. You don’t have to do it alone. Coaching gives you the tools, space, and support to step into your life with calm, confidence, and a deeper sense of who you really are. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey.
Maybe You Have Some Questions About Integrated NLP?
I've heard about NLP but what is it really? Will it even help me or my family?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a set of practical tools for understanding how you think, process information, and communicate. It is not about fixing or changing who you are, it is about finding strategies that fit the way your brain works. Many Autistic people find that NLP helps with reducing stress, managing emotions, and making communication feel clearer and easier. Whether it’s through calming techniques, reframing challenges or breaking things into smaller steps, NLP offers options you can choose from to support your daily life.
What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Coaching is about helping you find your own answers through reflection, questions, and practical tools.
Mentoring is when someone shares advice from their own experience. Put simply, coaching is focused on your journey, while mentoring draws on what someone else has already done.
Is NLP trying to “fix” me?
NLP is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It is about discovering tools that fit the way your brain works. The goal is to make life calmer, easier, and more manageable, while supporting who you already are.
What NLP tools can help Autistic people manage emotions?
NLP offers several techniques that may support emotional regulation:
-
Anchoring: creating a physical cue (like touching your hand) that connects you to a calm state.
-
Reframing: looking at a situation from a new perspective, which can lower stress.
-
Swish technique: replacing an overwhelming mental image with a calmer one.
-
Changing submodalities: adjusting how you imagine a thought (for example, making a stressful mental picture smaller or dimmer) to reduce its emotional impact.
What NLP tools can help Autistic people communicate with others?
Some NLP tools can make communication feel smoother and less overwhelming:
-
Matching and mirroring: gently reflecting someone’s body language or tone to build connection.
-
Chunking: breaking big topics into smaller, clearer steps.
-
Simple language patterns: practicing direct, straightforward wording to express needs with confidence.
-
State management: using calming techniques (like breathing or anchoring) before or during conversations, so you feel more steady while communicating.
My Integrated NLP Story
Coaching and NLP has been part of my life for over a decade, shaping how I understand myself, connect with others and navigate life’s challenges. From the moment I trained as a coach, I was captivated. It felt like someone had handed me a roadmap to understand emotions and patterns, both my own and others’ with a language framework to describe them. After my autism diagnosis I stepped fully into advocacy with a heightened focus on Autistic women and our roles as mothers.
Over the years, I’ve used NLP to communicate clearly, build rapport, and stay grounded even in high-energy or tense situations. Anchoring techniques and other tools have helped me remain calm and focused when it mattered most. Self representing in Manchester at educational tribunals, I can assure you, my anchor button was pressed more than once!
Last year, after my 21 year old marriage ended, I started dating again. A new friend, who had trained as a Master NLP Practitioner, talked the NLP language and it made me aware of how far I had drifted from that way of thinking.
My curiosity was reignited. Over Christmas in 2024, I threw myself into learning again with an online live certification program and a pre-recorded training program. While I absorbed a lot of information, the deep transformation I longed for wasn’t there.Online trainings gave me information, but the transformation I craved only came when I committed to immersive, in-person training on the Gold Coast, Australia.
The experience was life-changing. We had long, intensive days starting at 8:30am and not leaving until everyone had reached their personal breakthroughs even if that meant 10pm, 11pm or later endings. In the midst of training, a cyclone hit the Gold Coast. For me, it was the perfect external reflection of the powerful internal shifts I was experiencing.
I created an AI movie of myself sitting on a life raft, dressed in white linen and lace. Behind me, the Titanic sinks into the ocean, while land lies just a short distance away. That is what integration of NLP feels like, the lifeboat carrying you forward, while your past self with your old patterns sink behind you like that great ship.
When I returned home, the training continued via Zoom for another month, alongside a supportive community of fellow students committed to each other’s growth. The changes within me didn’t go unnoticed and my (now adult) children saw them too. My youngest son, Matty B, decided to pursue his NLP journey and signed up to the Practitioner course. Together we went to the Gold Coast where I depended my learning by doing a resit of the Practitioner training.
A key part of my growth and the foundation of how I now help clients is understanding how people process the world differently. I am both Auditory Digital (AD) and Kinesthetic (K), which allows me to combine clear, logical thinking with intuition, empathy, and awareness of what’s happening in the room. Recognizing how others process information helps me adapt the way I communicate, making it easier to connect, build trust, and guide clients to breakthrough insights.
NLP has been more than a tool for me, it has been a pathway to understanding, growth, and transformation. It has shaped the way I live, parent, and advocate, and it’s the foundation I use to help my clients step into their own breakthroughs.
Are you ready to create lasting change in your life?
Your Investment & Working with Me
When you work with me you’ll notice that all my packages include 1:1 personal sessions and ongoing communication. I do this because NLP is more than information you accumulate, it is a practice that transforms when it is integrated into your life. Learning the tools is just the start; true change happens when you apply them with support, guidance and accountability. That is what I commit to providing in every session and within your email support so you can embed the changes.
Because I want to really be there for you, I keep a limited number of openings for new clients. This ensures that every person I work with gets the attention, support, and presence they deserve.
I also understand that we all have different life circumstances. If needed, I offer flexible payment plans or the option to modify a package to suit your situation both in terms of how we work together and your investment. My goal is to make this process accessible while keeping the experience deeply supportive and transformative.
Your next step: Reach out to explore which package is right for you, discuss any flexibility you need and secure your spot.
✨ I see you, the detail lover and fine print explorer. This is for you.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Some people feel a shift after the first session. For others, changes show up gradually as they practice tools in daily life. The speed depends on your goals, your comfort with trying new approaches, and the time it takes for new habits to settle in.
Is NLP a replacement for therapy or psychology?
NLP is not a replacement for therapy, psychology, or medical treatment. It is a set of practical tools that can support your growth, help you manage challenges, and improve communication. If you need support with mental health or medical concerns, it’s important to also work with qualified professionals. NLP can be a helpful addition, but it does not replace professional care.
Is there any research on NLP?
Yes, there is some research on NLP, but it is important to understand that the evidence is mixed. Some studies show benefits for personal development, communication skills, and certain practical strategies, while others suggest more research is needed to fully understand its effectiveness. Many people find NLP helpful as a set of tools they can try in their own lives, even while the scientific community continues to explore it. Using NLP is about experimenting with strategies that feel useful to you, rather than relying on it as a guaranteed solution.
Who is responsible for making changes in NLP coaching?
You are. As your coach, I will share tools, guide the process, and support you along the way. But the choices you make and the changes you experience are in your hands. NLP works best when you try out the strategies and notice what feels right for you. My role is to provide the structure and encouragement — your role is to decide how to use what you learn in your own life.
So, as a coach, does that mean you’re perfect?
Absolutely not. Being a coach just means I’ve invested in myself and keep learning along the way. I’m human, which means there’s always room to grow. I also have my own support system to help me keep learning, practicing, and improving so I can show up fully for you. Growth is a journey, and I’m on it too!
But what if I don’t like you as my coach?
That’s completely okay. Coaching is a very personal experience, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported. If you feel we aren’t the right fit, it’s okay to say so and find someone who clicks with you. Your comfort and trust are a priority, and finding a coach you connect with is part of making the process work for you.
I heard NLP is abit like a cult?
Yeah, I heard that too. NLP is a set of practical tools and techniques to support thinking, communication, and personal growth. There are no secret practices, membership requirements, or beliefs to follow. You remain fully in control of your choices at all times.
Will what I share in coaching sessions stay confidential?
What you share in our sessions is private and confidential. I will not share your information with anyone else without your permission. The only exception is if there is a legal or safety concern, such as if you or someone else may be at risk of harm. In that case, I may need to share information with the appropriate professionals. Outside of these rare situations, your sessions are a safe and confidential space.
What happens if I miss a session or need to change my session time?
I understand that life can be unpredictable and that timing can sometimes get mixed up, especially for Autistic people and those of us who are ADHD or other neurodiverse ways of thinking.
-
Notice Period: Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.
-
Rescheduling: If notice is given in time, the session can usually be rescheduled to another mutually convenient time.
-
Late Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be forfeited or a partial fee may apply, depending on the agreement.
-
No-Shows: If a session is missed without any notice, the session is considered used, and the fee is not refundable.
-
Emergencies: Exceptions can be made in genuine emergencies at the coach’s discretion.
